As our patient base continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a motivated, preferably bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our dedicated team.This is a unique growth opportunity for someone who wants to take charge of their professional life and grow alongside a physician-led practice known for excellence and innovation.Your Role<ul><li>Welcome, check in/out patients, and manage clinic flow</li><li>Record vital signs (BP, HR, Temp, weight, height) and assist in triage</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential EMR documentation</li><li>Assist with office-based and fluoroscopy-guided procedures</li><li>Instruct patients on post-procedure care and follow-up plans</li><li>Manage phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries</li><li>Coordinate prescriptions, refills, and INSPECT monitoring</li><li>Handle prior authorizations for medications and procedures</li><li>Coordinate pre-procedure cardiac clearances and blood thinner instructions</li><li>Prepare and clean evaluation and procedure rooms</li><li>Perform patient drug screening</li><li>Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff</li><li>Support affiliated offices or partners as needed</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) &ndash; preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR documentation</li><li>Excellent multitasking, communication, and patient service skills</li><li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-minded</li><li>Ability to lift and assist patients safely</li><li>Familiarity with INSPECT, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance policies</li><li>Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new procedures</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Previous experience in pain management or procedural medicine</li><li>Prior EMR experience</li></ul>Why Apollo Pain Center<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Professional development and growth without &ldquo;big system&rdquo; limitations</li><li>Supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment</li></ul>If you are eager to learn and ready to grow with an exceptional medical team&mdash;apply today.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diemPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
