Purpose of the Job: 
<ul><li>To conduct vehicle level field evaluation &amp; validate the performance of all categories of Tyres in controlled conditions as per test plan requirement
</li><li>To monitor tyre duty cycle through sensorisation and compare the tyre performance</li><li>To provide competitive intelligence &amp; product performance and act as Eyes &amp; Ears of R&amp;D
</li><li>Identify anomaly through On-the-Go analysis and collaborate with teams to take corrective and preventive actions</li></ul></div><div>
Major Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Plan, schedule and organize tyre field evaluation as per Standard Operating Procedures &amp; Work instructions (P)</li><li>Responsible for on-time fitment through right customer/fleet (P)</li><li>identification and vehicle alignment as per test requirement (P)</li><li>Periodical inspection of all test vehicles and do virtual gemba for early mediation as per target (P)</li><li>Prepare decisive / closure / tyre damage reports according to business requirement and share with internal stake holders (D)</li><li>Sensorization of Test tyre/vehicle as per plan, control test conditions&amp; analyse tyre performance against duty cycle (D)</li><li>Tracking performance of major competitions vs equivalent Apollo tyres/OEM fitments for comparative evaluation (P)</li><li>To improve testing efficiency, identify large test fleets, develop rapport and train customers for optimizing tyre performance (P)</li><li>Adhering Apollo Safety &amp; Environment policy at all times to maintain zero accident (S)</li><li>Interface with internal and external stake holders to facilitate testing &amp; evaluation as per schedule (M)</li><li>Maintain &amp; Calibrate testing equipment with ownership mindset to ensure its functions &amp; compliance with standards (Q)</li></ul>

</li><li>Familiar with MS office tools such Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, One Drive &amp; point

Qualifications:
