 Responsibilities

   Edit long-form and short-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and storytelling.
  </li>
  <li>
   Add transitions, effects, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design professional, click-worthy thumbnails in Photoshop.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all videos are optimized for YouTube format and quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate on creative direction, maintaining a consistent channel style.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver edits on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
  </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 <ul>
  <li>
   Proven experience with
   <strong>
    Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
   </strong>
   .
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong portfolio or previous work on YouTube content.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of YouTube audience retention, pacing, and content trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work with feedback and meet deadlines.
  </li>
 </ul>
 Nice-to-Have
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience with sound design, color grading, or 2D animation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions).
  </li>
