This role is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in nursing homes and other facilities, contribute to process improvements, and work with a team of skilled clinicians who share your passion for excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive care to patients residing in nursing facilities, including admission, ongoing care and treatment, and other planning as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with facility teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.</li><li>Perform medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust care as needed.</li><li>Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with medical advancements.</li><li>Be dependable to Work and respond to team members as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
