Sous Chef &ndash; Lahore, PakistanArtVision (Cue Cinema &amp; Elevate Gym) is seeking a Sous Chef with strong expertise in European &amp; Western cuisine, as well as deep experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management. This role will lead all culinary operations while ensuring cost-effective sourcing, menu innovation, and world-class kitchen standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain consistent food quality, and ensure excellence in European &amp; Western cuisine.</li><li>Menu Development: Create seasonal menus, introduce innovative dishes, and ensure alignment with brand standards.</li><li>Sourcing &amp; Procurement: Identify and manage local/international suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure ingredients meet required standards.</li><li>Supply Chain &amp; Inventory: Forecast ingredient needs, maintain optimal stock levels, reduce wastage, and implement procurement SOPs.</li><li>Cost Control: Manage food costs, portioning, and kitchen budgets while optimising resource utilization.Team Management: Train, mentor, and supervise chefs and kitchen staff; enforce discipline, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Min 07 &ndash; 10 years culinary experience, including min 03 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Expertise in European &amp; Western cuisine.</li><li>Strong procurement, sourcing, and vendor management background.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organisation, and budgeting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: Performance Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.</li><li>Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance, track and report on metrics, and generate actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve financial targets.</li><li>Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and user engagement.</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance enhancement techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Location - Gulberg , LahoreJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
