We work with top developers and offer our clients expert guidance backed by real on-ground experience in the UAE market.ROLE OVERVIEWWe're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who lives and breathes lead generation. You will own our entire online presence &mdash; from social media to paid ads &mdash; with one mission: bring in qualified leads of people interested in buying or investing in Dubai real estate.This is not a content-for-content's-sake role. Every post, every ad, every campaign must serve the goal of driving inquiries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting Pakistani, Gulf-based, and international buyers interested in Dubai property</li><li>Create compelling content (reels, carousels, stories, landing pages) that positions us as a credible, expert brokerage</li><li>Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Build and optimize landing pages to capture and convert lead traffic</li><li>Set up and manage a CRM pipeline (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to track leads from inquiry to closing</li><li>Run retargeting campaigns to nurture warm leads</li><li>Analyze campaign performance weekly &mdash; CPL, CTR, ROAS &mdash; and optimize accordingly</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing messaging with what converts</li><li>Research competitor agencies and Dubai market trends to stay ahead</li></ul>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is a BIG plus)</li><li>Proven track record of running paid Meta or Google Ads campaigns</li><li>Strong understanding of lead generation funnels</li><li>Ability to create or brief engaging content (video editing skills are a bonus)</li><li>Analytical mindset &mdash; you know your numbers</li><li>Excellent written communication in English and Urdu</li><li>Self-starter who takes ownership without micromanagement</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>PKR 40,000 &ndash; 60,000/month base salary (based on experience)</li><li>5% &ndash; 10% commission on every real estate deal closed through your leads &mdash; Dubai property deals are high-ticket, so this adds up fast</li><li>A fast-growing startup environment where your work directly impacts revenue</li><li>Opportunity to grow into Head of Marketing as the team scales</li><li>Exposure to the international Dubai real estate market</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Islamabad
