<li>Check and manage accounting for accuracy</li>
<li>Manage daily operations of the accounting department, cashiers, and receptionist</li>
<li>Reconcile the bank accounts for the company on a daily basis</li>
<li>Ensure HR compliance</li>
<li>Prepare and Process Payroll</li>
<li>Create financial reports for management and advise of concerns</li>
<li>Preparing monthly financial statements</li>
<li>Make recommendations to increase profitability</li>
<li>Review all financial statements, ledgers, journals, and schedules for accurate &amp; timely execution</li>
<li>Oversee floor plan and floor plan audits</li>
<li>Oversee Contracts in transit</li>
<li>Coordinates Activities and job function of office staff</li>
Prepare all taxes and filing forms and work with outside CPA firm for income tax preparations<br>

</li><li><b>3 years of Automotive Controller or Office Manager experience is required (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA)</b></li>
<li>Excellent analytical ability</li>
<li>Familiar with Tekion or Reynolds &amp; Reynolds as DMS is a plus</li>
<li>Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office</li>
<li>Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer</li>
<li>EOE Drug Free environment</li>
<li>Must have a valid driving license</li>
<li>Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a plus</li></ul></div><div></div>
