Job Title: Sales RepresentativeJob Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role involves a combination of inside and outside sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and presenting product or service solutions to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.</li><li>Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the offerings.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.</li><li>Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Ensure that sales targets and quotas are consistently met or exceeded.</li><li>Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
