You will be responsible for maintaining our mobile home community.<ul><li>Maintain the facility grounds including cleanliness and maintenance to company expectations</li><li>Perform general maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping as needed</li><li>Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management</li><li>Mow lawns, treat weeds, trim trees and hedges, and general landscaping</li><li>Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting and power washing</li><li>Collect trash and yard waste</li><li>Maintain swimming pool and pool area</li><li>Dispense propane</li><li>Maintain company-owned rental units (cleaning and repairing as needed</li><li>Work on special projects as requested</li></ul>Job Requirements:A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility | Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done | Able to work outdoors throughout the year | Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility | At least 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience across the trades required | Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment | Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to become CPO | Hold Gas Dispenser License or willingness to obtain license | Highschool graduate or GED required | Must be within commuting distance to the facilityAbout You:You are a person who loves taking care of customers, crafty with your hands and can make this job look like a breeze.
