Position Summary
This versatile professional serves as the primary operational partner to the US President, with secondary support to the senior leadership team. The role blends high-level executive administrative support with ownership of corporate communications and requires an exceptional writer who is technologically adept, highly organized, and effective in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Essential Functions
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of operational and administrative support for the US President, with secondary support to other senior leaders; proactively anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely follow-through.</li>
<li>Manage complex, multi-time-zone executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the US President and senior leadership team, including prioritization of competing requests.</li>
<li>Draft and finalize executive correspondence, announcements, presentations, and other communications for internal and external audiences.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the US President to craft clear, professional, and compelling communications that support business initiatives, priorities, and goals.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and serve as the central point of contact for management-level presentations and related communication materials.</li>
<li>Track project milestones, action items, and commitments across executive-sponsored initiatives, ensuring timely updates and follow-up.</li>
<li>Support preparation and execution of management meetings, leadership meetings, external engagements, and corporate events.</li>
<li>Coordinate conference room scheduling, readiness, audiovisual setup, catering, materials, and other logistics for leadership meetings and corporate events.</li>
<li>Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects across internal departments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties and tasks as needed or requested by management.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive administrative support, or a related role.</li>
<li>Strong executive administrative capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, logistics, and follow-through.</li>
<li>Strong time management, organizational, documentation, and prioritization skills, with a focus on execution.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive correspondence, presentations, employee communications, newsletters, website content, and social media content.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day administrative responsibilities.</li>
<li>High degree of discretion, integrity, professional judgment, and confidentiality.</li>
</ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, thoroughly cleaning &amp; stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing &amp; serving quality food, and a variety of other duties to assist in meeting the needs of our customers (Travelers).
<ul><li>Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers).
</li><li>Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process &amp; receive payment from customers, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.</li>
<li>Complete with a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.</li>
<li>Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.</li>
<li>Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.</li>
<li>Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.</li>
<li>Follow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Essential Experience &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.</li>
<li>Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.</li>
<li>Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.</li>
<li>Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>
