What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, thoroughly cleaning &amp; stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing &amp; serving quality food, and a variety of other duties to assist in meeting the needs of our customers (Travelers).
<ul><li>Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers (travelers).
</li><li>Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, accurately process &amp; receive payment from customers, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labelling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.</li>
<li>Complete with a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.</li>
<li>Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.</li>
<li>Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.</li>
<li>Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.</li>
<li>Follow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Essential Experience &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.</li>
<li>Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.</li>
<li>Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.</li>
<li>Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.</li>

What You'll do:
The Operations Support Coordinator is crucial to the efficient operations of the travel plazas. This position is responsible for supporting the Plaza Director behind the scenes by providing a variety of administrative services. This position focuses on supporting recruitment and new hire processes, performing clerical accounting tasks, coordinating processes and initiatives, and resolving general questions. Additionally, this position serves in an operations capacity as necessary and performs all duties as assigned. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Plaza Director with a dotted line to the HRBP, depending on local requirements.
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Provides administrative support for recruiting activities and initiatives, including, but is not limited to posting job openings, attending career fairs, coordinating interviews, and administers pre-employment screenings.</li>
<li>Coordinates and assists with the new hire process, including assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding paperwork, submitting, and processing paperwork with appropriate people, coordinating orientation, and supporting training efforts.</li>
<li>Interacts with associates in a professional and pleasant manner to answer and resolve administrative questions and escalating as needed, and/or distribute work related documents, materials, and information.</li>
<li>Performs general administrative functions including, but not limited to, generating reports, completing logs and checklists, processing required forms and worksheets, and maintaining data, forms, and documents.</li>
<li>Performs clerical accounting functions such as creating receiving sheets, tracking invoices, inputting invoice documents, and accounts payable</li>
<li>Support in Cash Control Processes</li>
<li>Assists with planning and executing associate engagement activities</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Education and Experience:</h2>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Requires knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and data base software</li>
<li>Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner</li>
<li>Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Ability to traverse all parts of the plaza.</li>
<li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Frequent standing for long periods of time.</li>
</ul>
