Don&rsquo;t wait, apply now and be part of our journey.You are a click away to APPLY !!!.Job Type:<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Hiring and Recruiting skills</li><li>Recruiting top talent</li><li>Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle</li><li>Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements</li><li>Strong interviewing and communication skills</li><li>Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.</li><li>Good resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the team.</li><li>Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources.</li><li>Experience in conducting training sessions</li><li>Ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline</li><li>Analyzing Searching, Calling, &amp; Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc.</li><li>Excellent time-management and organizational skills</li><li>Experience in the IT industry is a must</li><li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus</li><li>Good Headhunting skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn</li><li>Must be able to communicate fluently in English with speaking and writing skills.</li><li>Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed</li><li>Helping with day to day recruitment.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility to ensure you meet your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a sense of urgency</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</li><li>Must be able to speak English fluently.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English to globally located staff members.</li><li>You have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.</li><li>You have attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>You have strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>You have a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements</li><li>Works independently and with the team effectively to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals</li><li>Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and results-driven to attain growth goals, Excellent verbal/written communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
