Graduate students are welcome to apply!Why Join ABS?<ul><li>Collaborative Team &ndash; Work side-by-side with other experienced BCBAs who support and share ideas.</li><li>Flexibility &ndash; Clinic hours are Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:45am&ndash;3:45pm, with opportunities for hybrid schedules and remote work days.</li><li>Small Caseloads &ndash; Focus on quality treatment!</li><li>Growth Opportunities &ndash; Free CEUs, ongoing training, and leadership development.</li><li>Culture That Cares &ndash; Our locally owned company celebrates wins big and small, support each other, and truly value our staff!</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: starting at $75,000 annually for fully certified BCBAs ($65,000 starting salary for PLBAs)</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Holidays</li><li>401K with Company Match (fully vested after 1 year)</li><li>Life Insurance &amp; Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Employee Appreciation Events</li><li>Free CEUs + Professional Development Support</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a BCBA/PLBA at ABS, you&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized behavior and treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure success across settings.</li><li>Train and support RBTs and other team members on interventions and skill acquisition.</li><li>Analyze data regularly to make meaningful treatment adjustments.</li><li>Provide parent training and consultation to empower families.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>BCBA certification or PLBA licensure in Missouri (or eligibility).</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.</li><li>Experience with early intervention (ages 2&ndash;7) preferred.</li><li>Strong clinical background in assessments, verbal behavior, and individualized programming.</li><li>Familiarity with data collection/graphing systems (CentralReach, Catalyst preferred).</li><li>Collaborative mindset, leadership skills, and a passion for helping kids thrive.</li></ul>Ready to grow with us?
