</li><li>Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud.
</li><li>Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans.
</li><li>Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide
 
escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
</li><li>Influence, motivate and lead others to meet the challenges of
 
cloud operational environment.
</li><li>Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant.
</li><li>Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM.
</li><li>Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.

</h1><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
</li><li>8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams.
 
Demonstrated experience supporting teams delivering solutions in AWS cloud environments, including close collaboration with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams.
</li><li>Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
</li><li>Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar..
</li><li>Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications.
</li><li>Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering / documentation practices.
