About the role</b></h2>
<p>
We are looking for high-impact procurement professionals who thrive in rapidly evolving environments where speed and communication are critical. Procurement Managers drive successful commodity sourcing strategies with a long-term view, developing relationships across industries to establish a strong supplier foundation. This role requires intense internal collaboration to deliver results that meet key business, technical, cost, and schedule requirements.</p>
<p>
Procurement Managers own short- and long-term deal structuring, maximizing the value of an engagement across cost, contract, and product. This role will evolve alongside the state of artificial intelligence in the Procurement industry, as new tools shape the way we engage with key systems and stakeholders.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

<ul><li>10+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, global supply management, or similar field</li>
<li>3+ years leading AD/ADAS commodity procurement</li>
<li>Strong sense of urgency and a strategic mindset</li>
<li>Insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly efficient executive-level communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional negotiation skills</li>
<li>Ability to cut through ambiguity to make concrete and sound decisions</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of complex contract structures</li>
<li>Ability to rapidly prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>5+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, global supply management, or similar field</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, finance, business, or similar field</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Nice to have:</b></h2>

<li>Experience with the Google suite of tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)</li>

<p>Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.</p>

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials &amp; certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.</p>

We are looking for highly effective supply chain professionals who thrive in rapidly evolving environments where speed and communication are critical. The Procurement Analyst partners with strategic leaders within Procurement and across the company to deliver high-impact results to meet critical company milestones.</p>
<p>
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, in addition to a wide range of tasks all focused on enabling, and ensuring, on-time execution. This role will evolve alongside the state of artificial intelligence in the Procurement industry, as new tools shape the way we engage with key systems and stakeholders.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
At Applied Intuition, you will:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Own the end-to-end Purchase Requisition &amp; Purchase Order processes</li>
<li>Drive clarity with requestors, approvers, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution</li>
<li>Identify, remove, and prevent roadblocks in the purchasing process</li>
<li>Lead process improvement projects to maximize the efficiency of our company resources</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>We're looking for someone who has:</b></h2>
<ul><li>3+ years experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar field</li>
<li>Experience with spend management (i.e. Coupa) and resource planning systems</li>

<li>Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent KPI's</li>
