Position Description:
<p>
As an Account Manager in the Northeast Houston, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:</p><ul><li>
Exceed quota expectations as established by management</li><li>
Manage the full breadth of products in your territory</li><li>
Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts</li><li>
Provide the highest levels of support and service to your accounts</li></ul>
Position Requirements:
<p>
This position requires the following skills and attributes:</p><ul><li>
3+ years of medical/surgical device sales experience</li><li>
Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management administrators</li><li>
Professional sales experience with formal sales training</li><li>
Proven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success</li><li>
Strong relationships and understanding of the market</li><li>
Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate</li><li>
4 year degree</li><li>
Applied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.</li></ul>
Benefits:

The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 / year for the position in this location. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in this specific geographic area based on the date of this job posting. The Team Leader in our manufacturing facilities plays a vital role in supporting Applied Medical&rsquo;s production operations by guiding team members, coordinating workflow, and ensuring the accurate and efficient manufacturing of high‑quality medical devices. This position directly contributes to the consistency, safety, and reliability of daily manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing tasks to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.</li><li>

Monitor production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to identify issues, minimize downtime, and support optimal throughput.</li><li>
Perform hands‑on manufacturing tasks as needed, including equipment setup, material handling, and in‑process inspections.</li><li>
Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Production, Quality, and Engineering to implement process improvements and resolve operational challenges.</li><li>
Assist with training new team members to ensure consistent adherence to standardized work instructions and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities to support traceability, continuous improvement, and compliance with ISO and Quality System Regulation (QSR) standards.</li><li>

Mechanically inclined with familiarity in basic machinery, pumps, hydraulics, or similar mechanically driven systems.</li><li>

Experience creating or updating procedural documentation such as Training Records, MIs, SOPs, and GAs.</li><li>
