Position Overview</b></div><div></div><div><br>
We&rsquo;re searching for a Lead Procurement Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team in a remote capacity. To keep us headed in the right direction, we&rsquo;re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team&rsquo;s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.<br>
</div><div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Architect and lead the most critical, complex, and impactful commercial negotiations for the company that include OpEx and CapEx spend.</li><li>
Pioneer new sourcing methodologies, risk management frameworks, and commercial models for the organization.</li><li>
Function as a delegate and proxy for the Head of Procurement in executive-level strategy sessions and supplier meetings.</li><li>
Lead large, cross-functional &quot;virtual teams&quot; of senior directors and VPs to execute enterprise-level strategic projects.</li><li>
Develop and institutionalize advanced negotiation and sourcing playbooks for the entire procurement team.</li><li>
Analyze and solve the company's most challenging and unstructured supply chain and spend problems.</li><li>
Build and cultivate strategic relationships with the C-suite and executive leadership of the company's most critical suppliers.</li><li>
Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex commercial issues within the organization.</li><li>
Drive the vision for the tools, processes, and skills needed for a world-class procurement function.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
We&rsquo;re Excited to Learn More About You</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Your experience may include:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree (e.g., JD, MS) is strongly preferred.</li><li>
7+ years of extensive, relevant experience in strategic sourcing, with a demonstrated track record of leading highly complex, global, and transformational initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
You may have other skills or credentials, including:</div><ul><li>
Expert-level knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management as well as experience with procurement tools and processes such as AI, ESG and Procure to Pay.</li><li>
Unmatched negotiation and influencing skills, effective at all levels up to the C-suite.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $108,000 - $126,000. To determine a new team member&rsquo;s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone&rsquo;s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
