Position Overview</b></div><p>
We're seeking an executive to own agency adoption and engagement for our commercial lines collaboration solutions across North America. This is a cross-business-unit mandate: you&rsquo;ll set the strategy and marshal the people, products, and investment&mdash;across Cytora, EZLynx, Ivans, and Applied Epic, and functions including Customer Experience, Sales, and Delivery&mdash;required to activate the agency side of the network. Our mission is to ignite a network effect between agencies and carriers&mdash;so that brokers prefer trading with carriers on Cytora, and carriers prefer trading with brokers on Applied Epic and EZLynx. Our AMS footprint gives us a head-start in building that network, but we still need to activate the agency side of it by getting agencies to adopt and rely on our solutions.</p><p>
We build products designed to minimize change management and meet brokers where they already work. Even so, real adoption takes more than an irresistible product&mdash;it takes committed, strategic partnership with agency leadership. This role owns that outcome. It&rsquo;s far more comprehensive than training and enablement: you&rsquo;ll set the adoption strategy for our commercial lines portfolio, build the repeatable operating model that scales it, and personally lead the most strategic executive engagements. You&rsquo;ll operate with significant autonomy and be accountable to the leadership for a measurable market outcome&mdash;agencies adopting and relying on our solutions, and the bound premium that follows.</p><p></p><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><li>
Own the agency adoption and engagement outcome for Applied&rsquo;s entire commercial lines collaboration portfolio across North America&mdash;accountable to leadership for converting product availability into active, day-to-day usage and bound premium at scale</li><li>
Identify and marshal the resources required to deliver it&mdash;securing the investment and aligning the teams across Applied&rsquo;s business units and the Customer Experience, Sales, and Delivery functions that own execution</li><li>
Set the adoption strategy across the portfolio&mdash;including Submissions Manager and Submission-less&mdash;defining what strong adoption looks like, building the playbook and operating model that scales it, and driving the organization to deliver against it</li><li>
Personally lead the most strategic conversations with Chief Broking Officers and senior agency leaders, earning their buy-in on how Applied helps them execute their agency&rsquo;s carrier strategy&mdash;and securing the executive-level commitment that unlocks adoption across each organization</li><li>
Define and scale the digital adoption motion, partnering with Applied&rsquo;s Customer Experience team to combine human-led and digital enablement into a repeatable model that drives usage and successful outcomes efficiently across the base</li><li>
Shape the book-roll strategy that drives market consolidation&mdash;prioritizing the highest-value opportunities, building the repeatable process to execute them, and personally leading the largest and most complex migrations</li><li>
Own the change-management strategy and build the scalable operating model that turns product availability into durable adoption across the portfolio&mdash;this role goes well beyond training and enablement</li><li>
Reinforce the network effect on both sides of the market: strengthen agencies&rsquo; relationships with carriers and demonstrate to carriers the value of being powered by Cytora</li><li>
Travel as needed (up to 25%) for onsite workshops, executive sessions, and strategic business reviews</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Can work remotely, with occasional in-person attendance for team meetings, offsites, and leadership events</b></li><li><b>
Your experience should include some or all of the following:</b><ul><li>
10+ years in commercial insurance&mdash;in agency/brokerage, carrier, distribution, or insurtech&mdash;or in management consulting with a strong insurance/P&amp;C focus, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead through influence&mdash;mobilizing resources and driving execution across teams you don&rsquo;t own, in a matrixed organization.</li><li>
Gravitas to hold court with senior leaders at agencies, ideally with an established network across commercial lines distribution.</li><li>
The executive communication and follow-through to drive complex, multi-stakeholder engagements to completion.</li><li>
Operates at both altitudes: sets strategy and builds scalable process, and will personally roll up their sleeves on the highest-value, most complex agency engagements when it matters most.</li><li>
Strong strategic intuition about the goals agencies pursue in placing commercial risk, and how our solutions help them execute.</li><li>
Product and AI fluency&mdash;able to connect our platform&rsquo;s capabilities to concrete underwriting, placement, and operational value in plain language.</li><li>
A cross-functional orchestrator who partners smoothly across Applied Systems business units&mdash;Cytora, EZLynx, Ivans, and Applied Epic&mdash;as well as with Sales, Customer Experience, Delivery, and Carrier leadership.</li><li>
