Unity Developer &ndash; 3D Avatar &amp; AI IntegrationCompany: Appmatric Location: Remote / Noida, India Experience: 3&ndash;5 years Job Type: Full-time / ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Unity Developer with a strong background in 3D avatar development and AI integration. You will be responsible for creating interactive, real-time 3D avatars capable of intelligent voice-based and text-based interactions powered by AI.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop high-quality 3D avatars with lifelike animations and expressions.</li><li>Integrate AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs, or similar) for real-time conversation and emotion-based responses.</li><li>Implement speech recognition and text-to-speech (TTS) features for interactive experiences.</li><li>Optimize 3D assets for performance and mobile deployment (Android/iOS).</li><li>Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and AI engineers to deliver smooth, natural AI-driven avatar interactions.</li><li>Maintain and debug Unity projects with best practices for scalability and modularity.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience with Unity 3D (C# scripting).</li><li>Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, and animation.</li><li>Experience integrating AI or NLP APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of speech recognition and TTS systems (AssemblyAI, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in URP, Animator Controller, and blend shapes for facial expressions.</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and real-time communication.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with VR/AR environments.</li><li>Knowledge of Photon or other multiplayer frameworks.</li><li>Basic understanding of character emotion mapping or gesture systems.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Work on cutting-edge AI + 3D avatar technology.</li><li>Flexible work hours and remote collaboration.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with an innovative startup.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;15,816.05 - &#8377;45,871.85 per monthExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekWork Location: In person
