CLIENT MANAGER POSITIONRemote/Hybrid Salary client manager is the core of onboarding client's securely and efficiently for a positive experience while maintaining above and beyond Internal Revenue Code, Federal Law, and State Law standards.Making onboarding easy for clients and quick, efficient access to information for the firm is an everchanging innovation to become a more efficient experience for clients while maintaining preventive processes protecting information.Using high organization and communication skills to keep a workflow that makes operations streamline seamlessly, this position is the reason clients will love Approachable Tax Solutions LLC.It is expected Client Manager will learn future skills in the firm as the firm will be 100% invested in their development.Future development will include and is not limited to, tax preparation, tax analysis, tax planning, tax research, and tax representation from individuals to businesses.Client Manager has opportunity for a possible path to partnership.The firm will be there to answer questions, find answers, and aid our clients along the path of being prepared before tax season rather than after.Starting compensation for Client Manager is $35,000. Correcting data. Logging changes.&gt;Adding clients and removing clients as needed for communication systems.&gt;Constant security checks and practices, logging, and staying within standards of WISP, Federal, and State Laws.&gt;Learn to reach out to new clients and network to find client markets for the firm to serve.&gt;Learn to become a tax preparer, Enrolled Agent, and understand tax laws, regulations of IRS, and states over time.&gt;Willing to be a trainer of new staff in the future.&gt;Willing to learn and upkeep the security and success of the firm&gt;Learn to practice organization, communication, efficiency, while being innovative to improve processes.&gt;Keep all experiences of firm work secure, nonpublic under section 7216 confidentiality.&gt;Upkeep all firm hardware security, software, training, and standards to serve our clients, above and beyond.&gt;Follow internal audit check protocols in a timely manner.&gt;Keep all firm hardware safe, protected, clean, and maintained.&gt;Never use firm assets for personal use.&gt;Log in all work activities. Labeling each project to match tasks. Complete tasks by deadlines.&gt;Communicate with clients 7 days a week between 9am and 7pm CT. Communication is by secure messaging system, answering emails, and phone calls if a client reaches out with a question.&gt;Know the difference between answering a question and providing tax planning services that is a paid engagement.&gt;Research for clients' topics such as taxes, tax law, tax credits, tax deductions, and other tax items.&gt;Brainstorm with owners of the firm innovative ideas for security, communication tools, database tools, tracking and analysis tools, training tools, onboarding, interviews, workflows, reviews, filings, finalizing, notices, scheduling, and responses.&gt;Willing to be present at key meetings in person, from time to time (if travel is required, firm will cover all necessary expenses).&gt;Uphold the ethics and standards of the profession of Enrolled Agent even if not currently an EA.&gt;Give clients the best experience of onboarding and service in process above and beyond any tax preparation firm to keep them confident and in peace of mind that we will serve them so they can succeed.&gt;Never stop communicating, organizing, while remaining productive.&gt;Review production metrics and record areas of opportunity.&gt;Set goals in line with firm goals, culture, and standards so everyone can be successful.Qualifications&gt;Outstanding organization and communication skills.&gt;Outstanding time management skills.&gt;Highest ethical self-accountability.&gt;Open to constant change, development, and improvement.&gt;Can use Excel, Word, Power Point, Messaging, Text, Smart Phone Android, Edge, Chrome, Fire Fox.&gt;How to run virus scans and malware scans.&gt;Ethical decision making.&gt;Fact base conversationalist.&gt;Basic Tax Knowledge for form 1040.
