Job Summary: We are urgently seeking a Chocolate Chef currently available in Kuwait to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in chocolate production and modern confectionery, including sugar‑free concepts and protein‑based products.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Tempering chocolate (manual &amp; machine)</li><li>Molding and shaping pralines, truffles, and bars</li><li>Preparing ganache and creative fillings</li><li>Enrobing techniques for uniform coating</li><li>Maintain consistency and quality in existing products</li><li>Designing sugar‑free chocolate creations</li><li>Ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain quality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>	3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in chocolate or pastry</li></ul><ul><li>	Strong technical skills and creativity in flavor pairing</li></ul><ul><li>	Experience with health‑focused and sugar‑free recipes</li></ul><ul><li>	Ability to join immediately</li></ul><ul><li>	Currently residing in Kuwait</li></ul>Application:Send your CV to hr@approved-life.com or WhatsApp: 66012938Job Type: Full-time
