Appsians is looking for a passionate and proactive AI Automation Engineer with practical experience to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to AI/ML-based projects. You will assist in building intelligent systems, integrating AI tools, and optimizing existing models.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.</li><li>Apply N8N AI Tool in real-world use cases (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, automation).</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on AI-based solutions.</li><li>Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for modeling purposes.</li><li>Participate in model validation, performance tuning, and error analysis.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li><li>Work on AI product features, proof of concepts, and demos using N8N AI Tool.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and suggest ways to implement them.</li><li>Support in integrating AI solutions into web/mobile/cloud-based environments.</li><li>Contribute to AI model monitoring, retraining, and feedback loops.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.</li><li>1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML projects.</li><li>Hands-on experience with N8N AI Tool (e.g., model building, automation, workflows).</li><li>Proficiency in Python (preferred), with familiarity in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.</li><li>Proficiency in React programming language.</li><li>Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control.</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI models.</li><li>Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI tools.</li><li>Knowledge of data pipelines or MLOps concepts.</li><li>Experience in integrating AI with web or mobile applications.</li><li>Excellent English communication is essential.</li></ul>Send your resume to hr@appsians.com with the subject line: AI Automation Engineer ApplicationLocation: Lahore DHA Phase 4Job type: Full Time / onsiteJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
