 The Role
 
 
 We are seeking an
 
 People &amp; Culture Professional
 
 who will act as both a
 
 strategic advisor
 
 and a
 
 hands-on driver
 
 of our People &amp; Culture agenda.
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you will lead
 
 end-to-end recruitment
 
 &mdash;especially in the
 
 luxury, jewellery, and retail sectors
 
 &mdash;while also shaping our organizational culture, employee engagement, and compliance processes. This is not a traditional back-office HR role; it is an opportunity to directly influence business outcomes by attracting top talent, developing people strategies, and ensuring a thriving workplace in one of the most innovative industries of our time.
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Design and execute the
 
 talent acquisition strategy
 
 , building strong pipelines in luxury, jewellery, and retail sectors,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with leadership to align hiring and talent decisions with business strategy,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze organizational needs and implement forward-looking People &amp; Culture projects,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee
 
 legal compliance, HR governance, and employee documentation

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide expert guidance on
 
 employee relations, disciplinary processes, and exit management

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support management decision-making,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead
 
 performance management and leadership development programs

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Act as a trusted partner balancing strategic foresight with hands-on HR execution.
 
 
 
 What We Value
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Business, Engineering, or related fields (Master&rsquo;s in HR is a plus),

 7+ years of experience
 
 in Human Resources, with a strong track record in
 
 talent acquisition &amp; recruitment
 
 , preferably in
 
 luxury, jewellery, or FMCG

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of
 
 labor law and compliance

 strategic vision
 
 and
 
 practical problem-solving
 
 ,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in both
 
 Turkish and English
 
 ,
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mature communication style with the ability to partner confidently with senior leadership,
