4 &ndash; 6+ years of experience in Apartment Sales/ Villa Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations.<ul><li>Marketing experience is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong ability to pursue sales targets and achieve the desired results</li><li>Team handling experience</li><li>Good communication skills and a pleasing personality</li><li>Willing to work on-site along with the team</li><li>Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.</li><li>Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company&rsquo;s customer base and ensures its strong presence.</li><li>Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.</li><li>Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.</li><li>Update and manage social media profiles.</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.</li><li>Setting individual sales targets with the sales team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
