Job Title: Project Manager &ndash; Civil Engineer Department: Projects / Engineering Reports To: CEOJob SummaryThe Project Manager &ndash; Civil Engineer will lead and manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering and construction projects within the food &amp; beverage company, including new facility builds, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure works. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, comply with safety and food-grade construction standards, and meet quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead projects from concept through design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and construction sequences.</li><li>Ensure all civil works align with company standards and local regulatory codes.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, and resolve site issues promptly.</li></ul>Budget &amp; Resource Control<ul><li>Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and CAPEX requirements.</li><li>Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.</li></ul>Compliance, Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with civil engineering codes, health &amp; safety standards, and food-specific hygiene requirements during construction.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and implementation of quality control standards.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, permits, schedules, and inspection reports.</li><li>Provide timely progress reports to senior management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (or related engineering discipline).</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10+ years in project and construction management; experience in food &amp; beverage facilities or industrial projects is preferred.</li><li>Proven track record managing complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
