Job PurposeTo oversee the financial planning, management, and control functions of the restaurant group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgetary discipline, cost efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. The Finance Manager acts as a strategic partner to management, providing insights that drive profitability and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement the group&rsquo;s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.</li><li>Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for all outlets and business units.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support expansion, pricing, and investment decisions.</li><li>Monitor financial performance versus targets and propose corrective actions.</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Consolidate financial reports from multiple outlets or brands.</li><li>Analyze revenue streams, food costs, payroll expenses, and operating margins to identify improvement areas.</li><li>Present financial performance reports and KPIs to senior management.</li></ul>3. Cost Control &amp; Profitability<ul><li>Implement cost control systems across all restaurant operations.</li><li>Monitor food and beverage cost percentages, wastage, and purchasing efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, operations, and kitchen teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and consumption.</li><li>Evaluate menu engineering reports and support pricing strategy decisions.</li></ul>4. Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management<ul><li>Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.</li><li>Oversee petty cash, banking transactions, and inter-branch transfers.</li><li>Maintain healthy relationships with banks and financial institutions.</li><li>Optimize working capital and credit terms with suppliers.</li></ul>5. Accounting &amp; Audit<ul><li>Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls.</li><li>Ensure proper recording of transactions in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors and resolve audit findings promptly.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts, supplier accounts, and intercompany balances.</li></ul>6. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (VAT, Corporate Tax, and other relevant regulations).</li><li>File accurate and timely VAT and tax returns.</li><li>Maintain awareness of changes in financial legislation and advise management accordingly.</li><li>Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and proper documentation for inspections.</li></ul>7. Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team across outlets.</li><li>Set performance KPIs and provide guidance for improvement.</li><li>Develop staff capabilities in financial management and reporting systems.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the department.</li></ul>8. Systems &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Oversee implementation of financial and POS integration systems.</li><li>Streamline accounting workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a strong advantage.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail group.</li><li>Strong understanding of F&amp;B cost structures, menu costing, and inventory accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting and POS systems (e.g., QuickBooks, FMC).</li><li>Solid knowledge of UAE VAT &amp; Corporate Tax regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Finance Manager

Job PurposeTo ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of all food, beverage, and non-food items. The Storekeeper maintains accurate stock records, ensures proper storage conditions, and supports cost control by preventing wastage, shortages, and overstocking.Key Responsibilities1. Receiving &amp; Inspection<ul><li>Receive all incoming materials, verify against purchase orders (quantity, quality, expiry, condition).</li><li>Ensure items are accompanied by proper documentation (delivery note, invoice, purchase order).</li><li>Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the Procurement or Finance Department.</li><li>Reject and record any unauthorized or poor-quality deliveries.</li></ul>2. Storage &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Organize and store materials in an orderly and accessible manner.</li><li>Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods strictly.</li><li>Maintain hygiene and safety standards in storage areas (dry store, chiller, freezer).</li><li>Monitor temperature logs for cold storage and report deviations.</li><li>Label and categorize items properly for easy identification and tracking.</li></ul>3. Issuance &amp; Stock Distribution<ul><li>Issue materials only upon approved requisition from authorized personnel.</li><li>Record all issues accurately in the system or manual log.</li><li>Coordinate with chefs and outlet managers for daily material requirements.</li></ul>4. Record Keeping &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain up-to-date stock cards and system entries (inventory management software).</li><li>Conduct daily/weekly stock counts and reconcile with system balances.</li><li>Prepare monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for management.</li><li>Support internal and external audits with required documentation.</li></ul>5. Cost &amp; Waste Control<ul><li>Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.</li><li>Track expiry dates to minimize wastage.</li><li>Identify slow-moving and obsolete items and report them to management.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate closely with the purchasing, finance, and kitchen departments.</li><li>Follow all food safety, HACCP, and company policies.</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping and pest control measures are implemented in storage areas.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience as a Storekeeper preferably in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of food safety standards (HACCP).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle physical work and time-sensitive tasks.</li><li>Having a valid UAE Driving License</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Physically strong to handle store items</li><li>Integrity &amp; Accountability</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Teamwork &amp; Communication</li><li>Basic Computer Literacy (Excel, Inventory Software)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
