The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising MEP and HVAC project works, ensuring timely completion with quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and execute MEP projects with focus on HVAC systems</li><li>Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of all types of AC systems (Split, Ducted, Chiller, VRF/VRV systems)</li><li>Prepare project schedules, work plans, and site execution strategies</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams</li><li>Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion</li><li>Handle site inspections, material approvals, and technical submissions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years UAE experience in HVAC / MEP projects (Mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Split, Ducted, Chillers, Package units)</li><li>Experience in site execution and project management</li><li>Ability to read drawings, BOQ, and technical documents</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>UAE Driving License will be an added advantage</li></ul>Contact Details0585397828Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
