<b>Include but are not limited to the following:</b><br>
<ul><li>Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.</li><li>Recommends and implements improvements, modifications or additions to document work.</li><li>To use advanced statistical tools to analyze data on project results and on overall manufacturing performance.</li><li>Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.</li><li>To provide new product design testing and verification of fit, form, and function for commercialization.</li><li>Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.</li><li>Participate in or lead documentation of work instructions and procedures.</li><li>Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience</li><li>Writing test protocols and summary reports for testing products and validating equipment.</li><li>Supports in designs, specifies, and coordinates in the purchase and fabrication of machinery.</li><li>Lead and coordinate special projects to support and promote quality and productivity at CSP.</li><li>Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.</li></ul></div>

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelors and/or Master&rsquo;s degree in an engineering discipline.</li><li>Eight years industrial experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to obtain Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.</li><li>Proficiency in use of statistical, analytical tools.</li><li>Proficiency in use of FMEAs and Design of Experiments.</li></ul></div><br>
