Your Role
 <ul><li>Develop concept and architecture designs based on customer and internal product requirements.
 </li><li>Manage mechanical requirements at customer and system levels.
 </li><li>Define and manage Mechanical BOM for products (unique/standard/brought out/in-house).
 </li><li>Prototype design creation, collaborating with purchasing/suppliers for part development.
 </li><li>Identify Mechanical Special Product Characteristics (KPC/QCI).
 </li><li>Conduct Mechanical DFMEA, initiate AI, mitigate risks, and report findings.
 </li><li>Prepare Mechanical verification plans for product performance.
 </li><li>Utilize Unigraphics for 3D/2D/Assembly/Drafting/Sheetmetal tasks.
 </li><li>Perform Mechanical verification tests, ensure compliance, and meet requirements.
 </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams , manage project deliverables, and conduct reviews
</li></ul>Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
 <ul><li>Bachelor\Masters in Mechanical Engineering or CAD/CAM.
 </li><li>Mechanical Engineer with Automobile experience in New product design and development.
 </li><li>Hands-on working experience in product area like Infotainment, Body Control Modules, Radars, Camera, Brackets, ECU&rsquo;s, Camera&rsquo;s &hellip;
 </li><li>Working experience in design and development of plastic. Die-cast and sheet metal components/assemblies
</li><li>Experience with product design and development starting from new pursuit until warranty.
 </li><li>Ability to do tear down &amp; benchmark studies.
 </li><li>Exposure to Mechanical digital simulations methods &amp; tools (Moldflow, Structural, Thermal)
 </li><li>Experience to Quality Audits (Internal/External).
 </li><li>Experience with customer, supplier, validation, testing team coordination and interactions.

<li>Maintenance Tech Operator
<ul><li>Knowledge on breakdown, Preventive &amp; predictive maintenance.
</li><li>Maintenance of die&rsquo;s (Applicators)
</li><li>Analyzing daily breakdown &amp; initiating countermeasures.
</li><li>Co-ordination with team for maintenance activities.
</li><li>Able to understand electrical SLD &amp; Knowledge on electrical load calculation.
</li><li>Spares parts management to improve the machineries up time &amp; Optimum stock level.
</li><li>Circuit check programming for the wiring harness using customer Drawings
</li><li>New machine installation &amp; commissioning
</li><li>Localization of imported spare parts
</li><li>Knowledge on MTTR &amp; MTBF calculation.
</li><li>Knowledge on EHS activities.
</li><li>Knowledge on STP.
</li><li>Computer skills &ndash; MS office.
</li><li>Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan.
</li><li>Knowledge on ECN Implementation.
</li><li>Preparation of reports (Daily, Monthly).
</li><li>Knowledge of budget.
</li><li>Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPC.
</li><li>Knowledge of quality basic tools.
</li>Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.
