Your Role:
<ul><li>Meet material performance all categories, incl. P2P/NCP, Design Optimization, Inbound Logistics, Mtl. Utilization etc. for
</li><li>BOM creation and QUOTATION expertise
</li><li>Execute SCM Product Development Process (PDP) program management to meet flawless launch objectives (Quality, Operating Income &amp; Revenue)
</li><li>Support country business pursuits targets and make sure BOM is competitive at pursuit, PDP and mass production phases.
</li><li>Assure on-going operational excellence of purchased material within product line for the life of the program ( cost, quality, and delivery).
</li><li>Support the country Growth Strategy and align with category/SQ&amp;D on supplier development strategy.
</li><li>Ensure program profitability by supporting customer quoting process and acting as material champion in support of winning new business.
</li><li>Support Manufacturing footprint through Best Cost Country (BCC), In region-for-region and VOI etc.
</li></ul>Your Background
<ul><li>Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar qualification
</li><li>3 years of experience in Global Supply Management with internationally operating corporations, in electronics, category management or electrical components. Semiconductor components, preferred
</li><li>2 years of experience in a supervisor/management role.
</li><li>Ability to work in the U.S. without requirement for any type of visa sponsorship or transfer both now and at any time in the future.
</li><li>Local resident of metro Detroit with ability to work legally in the U.S. without requirement for any type of visa sponsorship/transfer now or at any time in the future
</li><li>Holder of a valid U.S. Passport with ability to travel to Mexico
</li><li>Ability to manage supplier relationships with absolutes of ethics and integrity, and experience in working &ldquo;up front&rdquo; with suppliers to ensure superior material performance
</li><li>Proficiency in business finance to support business decisions
</li><li>Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
</li><li>Ability to cope with demanding environment and conflict resolution
</li><li>Strong proficiency in English
</li><li>Excellent computer skills with MS Office programs
</li><li>Spanish language skills are a plus

Your Role
We are seeking a motivated Functional Safety Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the application of functional safety principles and methodologies across product development lifecycles and supports in the development of tools and processes used on Functional Safety related projects. This position will be located in Warren, OH.
Key job responsibilities for this role include:
<ul><li>Support in developing Functional Safety processes / templates and documentation relevant for electrical and software development projects
</li><li>Support the development of test cases, performing testing, and generating test reports for software tool(s)
</li><li>Help teams implement functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
</li><li>Participate in safety review meetings
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering
</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field as a second or third year student.
</li><li>Basic Programming Knowledge
</li><li>Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to coordinate the fixed assets booking process managed by an external service provider and to act as the primary contact for external invoice processing. This role is critical in ensuring accurate accounting of investments, fixed assets, and non-PO invoices in SAP, while supporting month-end closing activities and maintaining compliance with local GAAP and tax regulations.
 
 
 
 The position is contracted for 11 months.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Fixed Assets Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external service provider and engineering team for accurate and timely booking of fixed assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the company&rsquo;s fixed asset register, including depreciation, additions, disposals, transfers and scrapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure correct data entry and integration of fixed assets into SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and book all processes related to fixed asset sales and scrapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations and reporting.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Invoice Processing &amp; General Ledger:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the point of contact for external invoice processing, especially for non-PO invoices, ensuring proper accounting treatment in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record investment invoices and ensure correct account allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all GL bookings are accurate and timely, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Small purchases
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee-related payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest accruals
 </li>
 <li>
 F/X gain/loss entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Other manual accounting entries
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Month-End Closing Support:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Accounting Supervisor during month-end closing with manual entries and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare service invoices and ensure proper documentation and booking.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Compliance &amp; Operational Support:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local accounting regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate working knowledge of Turkish GAAP and tax-related accounting practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support contingency plans and operational continuity efforts during abnormal situations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of SAP FI module and fixed asset accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with local GAAP and tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and coordination abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
