JOB DESCRIPTION:-Field Sales Executive &ndash; Trade / Dealer Channel (Building Materials / Construction Products)Full-timeSpartek Group &ndash; ChennaiReporting To: Territory Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Experience: 3&ndash;5 years (minimum 3&ndash;4 years mandatory)Role PurposeTo grow Spartek Group&rsquo;s sales through dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers by actively developing the market, expanding distribution reach, increasing product penetration, and ensuring strong trade-level visibility and relationships.This is a field-intensive, execution-driven role requiring daily market engagement and discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Market Development<ul><li>Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Expand and strengthen the dealer and sub-dealer network in assigned territories.</li><li>Increase share of wallet by cross-selling multiple product categories.</li><li>Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail points.</li></ul>Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and local influencers.</li><li>Proactively resolve issues related to supply, service, pricing, and complaints.</li><li>Support and execute dealer schemes, promotions, and market activations.</li></ul>Field Discipline &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan and execute daily field visits (minimum X productive calls per day).</li><li>Track visits, orders, follow-ups, and collections using CRM / mobile tools.</li><li>Provide continuous market feedback on competition, pricing, schemes, and trends.</li></ul>Collections &amp; Credit Control<ul><li>Ensure timely collections and adherence to approved credit norms.</li><li>Identify and flag payment risks early, coordinating with the finance team to manage receivables.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileCandidates should have 3&ndash;5 years of field sales experience in any of the following sectors:<ul><li>Paints</li><li>Plywood / laminates</li><li>Tiles / sanitaryware</li><li>Electricals / hardware</li><li>Building materials or interior products</li></ul>Strong familiarity with dealer, distributor, and retail trade networks is essential.Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with extensive daily field travel within Chennai and surrounding areas.Must-Have Skills &amp; Traits<ul><li>Strong execution mindset and market hustle</li><li>Comfortable with daily targets, field pressure, and accountability</li><li>Tech-friendly: mobile apps, WhatsApp, CRM, basic Excel</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable organisation with a growing and diversified product portfolio</li><li>Clear growth path into Territory Sales Manager / Business Manager roles</li><li>Performance-based incentives and career progression opportunities</li></ul>Industry Glass, Ceramics, Building Materials and Concrete ManufacturingEmployment Type Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have any experience being Trade / Dealer in Channel for</li></ul>(Building Materials / Construction Products) ?Work Location: In person
