Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for fulfilling Company&rsquo;s operational goals on assigned projects.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring full Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects and obtain Appreciation Letters/ Recommendations.</li><li>Before commencement of each new project, you will ensure to prepare and submit a report on - Re-pitch job cost, Execution plan, Critical issues/resolutions, General Strategy</li><li>Develop and monitor regularly the progress and successful completion of projects as per the Construction Programme.</li><li>Preparation, submission and obtaining approval on material proposals/drawings etc. / Raise RFI, IR&rsquo;s and follow ups.</li><li>Preparation of material procurement schedule and update</li><li>Prepare correct MRQ, follow up with Purchase/ stores for delivery to site, obtain appraisals at site.</li><li>Ensure adequacy of materials at site and no idling of workforce.</li><li>Maintain records of confirmation of verbal instruction.</li><li>Take off quantities.</li><li>Introduce methods to improve efficiency on site and reduce cost.</li><li>To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant.</li><li>Coordinate with Draftsman for preparation of working drawings &amp; submission , obtaining approval from Consultant(with least comments</li><li>To raise invoices for the work done &amp; details of materials at site.</li><li>To check quality of work &amp; ensure good engineering practices are followed.</li><li>Monitoring maintenance of latest drawings with list at site.</li><li>Monitoring maintenance of as built records.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; implementing all HSE issues at site/encourage tool talks with site staff.</li><li>Establishing variations to contract, submission of claims and follow-up of approval.</li><li>Prepare final accounts in liaison with FM.</li><li>Follow-up for prompt receipt of all payment certificates and payments.</li><li>Prepare O &amp; M Manual/obtain timely TOC &amp; other.</li><li>Continuously monitor and ensure project costs are within the budget.</li><li>Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labour.</li><li>May evaluate the performance of more junior projects personnel to provide accurate feedback on the level of performance within the department</li><li>Attending progress meetings with consultants and clients.</li><li>Handing over of Projects.</li><li>Any other duties assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>B.E / B.
