Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting.</li><li>Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects.</li><li>Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures.</li><li>Correlate, interpret, and modify data obtained from topographical surveys, well logs and geophysical prospecting reports.</li><li>Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to required mediums and specifications for reproduction, using blueprinting or other duplicating methods.</li><li>Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.</li><li>Conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawings.</li><li>Determine the order of work and method of presentation, such as orthographic or isometric drawing.</li><li>Calculate measurements from drawings / scope &amp; BOQ as &amp; when required in a manner directed by PE / PM.</li><li>Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists.</li><li>Any other duties assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a Landscape CAD Draftsman in Gulf countries, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.</li><li>Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs, with advanced skills in drafting and detailing.</li><li>Deep understanding of landscape design principles, plant materials, construction techniques, and horticultural practices relevant to the Gulf Region.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>If selected, how immediately can you join with us? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Landscape : 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
