<ul><li>Responsible for fulfilling Company&rsquo;s operational goals on assigned projects.</li><li>Before commencement of each new project, you will ensure to prepare and submit a report on Planning, Execution plan, Critical issues/resolutions &amp; General Strategy</li><li>Develop and monitor regularly the progress and successful completion of projects as per the Construction Programme.</li><li>Preparation, submission and obtaining approval on material proposals/drawings etc. / Raise RFI, IR&rsquo;s and follow ups.</li><li>Preparation of material procurement schedule and update</li><li>Prepare correct MRF, follow up with Purchase/ stores for delivery to site.</li><li>Ensure adequacy of materials at site and no idling of workforce.</li><li>Maintain records of confirmation of verbal instruction.</li><li>Take off quantities.</li><li>Introduce methods to improve efficiency on site and reduce cost.</li><li>To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant.</li><li>Coordinate with Draftsman for preparation of working drawings &amp; submission , obtaining approval from Consultant.</li><li>To raise invoices for the work done &amp; details of materials at site.</li><li>To check quality of work &amp; ensure good engineering practices are followed.</li><li>Monitoring maintenance of latest drawings with list at site.</li><li>Monitoring maintenance of as built records.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; implementing all HSE issues at site/encourage tool talks with site staff.</li><li>Establishing variations to contract, submission of claims and follow-up of approval.</li><li>Prepare final accounts in liaison with QS/PM</li><li>Follow-up for prompt receipt of all payment certificates and payments.</li><li>Prepare O &amp; M Manual/obtain timely TOC &amp; other.</li><li>Continuously monitor and ensure project costs are within the budget.</li><li>Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labour.</li><li>May evaluate the performance of more junior projects personnel to provide accurate feedback on the level of performance within the department</li><li>Attending progress meetings with consultants and clients.</li><li>Handing over of Projects.</li><li>Any other duties assigned.</li></ul>INTERESTED CANDIDATES PLEASE SHARE YOUR RESUME TO +971 4 296 3955 or hr@aqarlandscape.comJob Type: Full-time

Site Engineer - Landscaping experience required

<ul><li>The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions</li><li>Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation</li><li>Monitor all quality related activities on the project</li><li>The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.</li><li>Monitoring the project submittal log, as well as quality control reports and inspection records.</li><li>Enforce safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and guidelines.</li><li>Manage quality control standards while taking steps to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.</li><li>Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company&rsquo;s management</li><li>Verify Sub contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.</li><li>Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.</li><li>Attend client quality management meetings</li><li>Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements</li><li>Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.</li><li>Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. QA/QC Engineer - Landscaping experience required

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Discussing specific project requirements with clients;</li><li>Perform survey works under the direction and guidance of the Engineer in charge.</li><li>Review and comment appropriately to RFA&rsquo;s when directed by the Engineer.</li><li>Review and comment appropriately to shop drawings received from the Client/ Contractor, when directed by the Engineer.</li><li>Measuring the ground as required by the client, including aspects such as small and large-scale distances, angles and elevations;</li><li>Gathering data on the earth's physical and man-made features through surveys;</li><li>Processing data. undertaking digital mapping.</li><li>Making use of geographical information systems (GIS) to analyze and interpret site features.</li><li>Producing detailed information (subsequently analyzed by planners, builders and cartographers).</li><li>Using a range of equipment to produce surveys, including GPS and conventional methods.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.</li><li>Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles</li><li>Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.</li><li>Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.</li><li>Analyzing information thoroughly before it is handed over to other professionals;</li><li>Thinking creatively to resolve practical planning and development problems;</li><li>Interpreting data using maps, charts and plans;</li><li>Using computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information;</li><li>Keeping up to date with new and emerging technology;</li><li>Providing advice to a range of clients.</li><li>Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain</li><li>Other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.</li></ul>INTERESTED CANDIDATES KINDLY SEND YOUR RESUME TO +971 4 296 3955 OR hr@aqarlandscape.comJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Landscape : 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
