Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, compile, and submit NOC applications for landscaping, irrigation, civil works, and infrastructure activities.</li><li>Coordinate with all relevant UAE authorities such as RTA, DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Civil Defense, SEWA/FEWA, Municipalities, and other master developers.</li><li>Track, follow up, and ensure timely issuance of all required permits and approvals.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of authority guidelines, standards, drawings, and procedures.</li><li>Review shop drawings, utility layouts, and design submissions to ensure compliance with authority requirements.</li><li>Identify technical conflicts with existing utilities and coordinate solutions with consultants and utility providers.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, reports, correspondence, and routing maps for NOC submissions.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records of all authority approvals.</li><li>Work closely with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and NOC timelines.</li><li>Provide support during design changes, authority comments, and resubmissions.</li><li>Communicate authority feedback clearly to project teams for immediate action.</li><li>Attend site inspections with authorities when required.</li><li>Conduct site visits to verify existing utilities and confirm compliance with drawings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with authority representatives.</li><li>Ensure all project activities follow UAE authority standards and regulations.</li><li>Update management regularly on NOC status, risks, and delays.</li><li>Recommend improvements to streamline approval workflows.</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years of UAE experience in NOC coordination, preferably within the landscape or construction industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Landscape : 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
