<ul><li>Responsible for fulfilling Company&rsquo;s operational goals on assigned projects inline with company&rsquo;s Vision/Mission.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring full Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects and obtain Appreciation Letters/ Recommendations.</li><li>Before commencement of each new project, you will ensure to prepare and submit a report on</li></ul>- Analysis on the budget.- Re-pitch job cost- Execution plan/program of work- Critical issues/resolutions- General Strategy<ul><li>Develop and monitor regularly the progress and successful completion of projects as per the Construction Programme.</li><li>Preparation, submission and obtaining approval on material proposals/drawings etc. / Raise RFI, IR&rsquo;s and follow ups.</li><li>Preparation of material procurement schedule and update</li><li>Prepare correct MRF, follow up with Purchase/ stores for delivery to site, and obtain approvals at site.</li><li>Ensure adequacy of materials at site.</li><li>Maintain records of confirmation of verbal instruction.</li><li>Take off quantities.</li><li>Introduce methods to improve efficiency on site and reduce cost for both material and labour.</li><li>To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant.</li><li>Coordinate with Draftsman for preparation of working drawings &amp; submission, obtaining approval from consultant timely.</li><li>To raise invoices for the work done &amp; details of materials at site.</li><li>Prepare procurement plan and follow up for the procurement process.</li><li>Ensure &amp; Successful closing of the project inclusive of the receipt of DLC and Final Payments.</li><li>To check quality of work &amp; ensure good engineering practices are followed.</li><li>Ensure documents controlling at site.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; implementing all HSE issues at site/encourage tool talks with site staff.</li><li>Establishing variations to contract, submission of claims and follow-up of approval.</li><li>Prepare final accounts in liaison with FM.</li><li>Follow-up for prompt receipt of all payment certificates and payments.</li><li>Prepare O &amp; M Manual/obtain timely TOC.</li><li>Continuously monitor and ensure project costs are within the budget.</li><li>Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labour.</li><li>May evaluate the performance of more junior projects personnel to provide accurate feedback on the level of performance within the department</li><li>Attending progress meetings with consultants and clients.</li><li>Handing over of Projects.</li><li>Any other duties assigned</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Project Manager

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.</li><li>Quantify and take off materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.</li><li>Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes for pricing accuracy.</li><li>Prepare and submit professional bid proposals and tender documents.</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client walkthroughs.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, and field supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing resources.</li><li>Monitor market trends in materials and labor to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental considerations.</li><li>Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to meet budget constraints.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>B.E in Civil or BSc Quantity Survey from reputed institute.</li><li>Must be having Experience in Candy &amp; AutoCAD.</li><li>5 to 6 years of experience in landscaping industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Landscape : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
