We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Site Reliability Engineer to join our Emerging Tech team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with strong expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines, managing large-scale datasets, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure (cloud/on-prem).</li>
<li>Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions, frameworks, and automations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design stable, reliable solutions.</li>
<li>Lead incident response efforts and participate in on-call rotations.</li>
<li>Develop runbooks and troubleshoot critical issues.</li>
<li>Implement CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.</li>
<li>Advocate for DevOps/SRE best practices within the engineering team.</li>
<li>Optimize system performance through monitoring and alerting solutions.</li>
<li>Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.</li>
<li>Create and maintain documentation; mentor junior team members.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul>
<li>Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience with incident and problem management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Microsoft Azure or GCP).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).</li>
<li>Familiarity with observability tools (Splunk, Grafana).</li>
<li>Experience with version control systems (Git).</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>

Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)
