 About the Role:
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Business Analyst
 
 with strong expertise in the
 
 Loans domain
 
 , particularly in
 
 Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
 
 and
 
 Loan Management Systems (LMS)
 
 . The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of retail and corporate lending processes, business requirements gathering, and end-to-end functional testing within the banking ecosystem.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare
 
 BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documents
 
 for lending systems (LOS/LMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support UAT and assist in validation of business processes and functionalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process gaps and propose effective solutions or system enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data and functional analysis for lending-related modules (retail/corporate).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 5 years of experience
 
 as a Business Analyst in the
 
 Banking domain
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 Loan Origination
 
 and
 
 Loan Management
 
 systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 lending lifecycle
 
 &ndash; application, sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in preparing
 
 requirement documentation
 
 and managing
 
 UAT cycles
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with core banking or digital lending platforms will be an added advantage.
 </li>
