Job post summaryDate posted: 25 December'2025Pay: 2,500.00 (AED) - 3,500.00 (AED) per monthJob description:Preferable Nationality: Philippine Gender: FemaleLocation : Sharjah Free/Safe ZoneQualifications &amp; Skills :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Professional appearance and customer service mindset</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls and take accurate messages.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier services.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs, staff lists, and office records.</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and meeting rooms.</li><li>Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents.</li><li>Provide daily administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.</li></ul>HR Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the HR department with day-to-day HR activities.</li><li>Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain and update employee files and HR records.</li><li>Update employee contact details and personal information.</li><li>Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.</li><li>Coordinate with staff for HR-related documents and requests.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain soft and hard copies of company vehicle documents and update Excel records.</li><li>Maintain Etisalat and DEWA&ndash;related documents and coordinate on related issues.</li><li>Assist management and other departments as required.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.</li><li>Support travel arrangements, events, and other office tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
