Position Title: Store Incharge Department: Stores / Inventory Management Location: SiddhpurReporting To: Operations Manager / Admin Manager1. Position OverviewThe Store Incharge manages the entire flow of materials and goods within the organization. This role ensures accurate stock levels, proper documentation, timely issue/receipt of materials, and smooth coordination with purchase, accounts, and project/production teams.2. Key Responsibilities Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing materials.</li><li>Ensure daily stock updates, physical verification, and system entries.</li><li>Prevent shortages, over-stocking, and material wastage.</li><li>Conduct monthly/quarterly stock audits.</li></ul>Material Handling<ul><li>Receive materials with proper documentation (GRN, challan, invoices).</li><li>Inspect items for quality, quantity, and specification compliance.</li><li>Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.</li><li>Monitor safe storage, shelf-life, labeling, and preservation of goods.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare GRN, stock registers, consumption reports, and MIS reports.</li><li>Maintain inward/outward records and ensure compliance with company SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and vendor payments.</li></ul>Store Operations<ul><li>Organize store layout for easy access, safety, and cleanliness.</li><li>Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly tagged and tracked.</li><li>Monitor store staff, loaders, and helpers (if applicable).</li><li>Implement FIFO/FEFO methods where required.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work with the purchase team for material requirements and stock planning.</li><li>Inform management about low stock, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments as needed.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow company policies regarding material storage and handling.</li><li>Maintain safety standards, fire prevention measures, and housekeeping.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory inspections.</li></ul>3. Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / diploma in supply chain, logistics, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in store/inventory management.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory control (Tally, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.</li></ul>4. Additional Preferences<ul><li>Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or similar sectors.</li><li>Problem-solving approach and team coordination.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
