 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Office Manager will assist the General Manager in leading and managing the Front Desk team while upholding Aqua-Tots Swim Schools&rsquo; Core Values and brand standards. Our mission is to provide consistent, high-quality swimming lessons that follow the Aqua-Tots Curriculum Standards, along with excellent customer service in a safe and welcoming environment.

 5 working days per week (schedule may vary based on the season)

 Working hours: 1:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PM

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Lead &amp; Manage the Front Desk Team
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hire, onboard, train, and schedule Front Desk staff while ensuring full coverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach, mentor, and review performance while providing timely feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a collaborative team environment and promote the Aqua-Tots culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in planning and hosting monthly in-service meetings.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Drive Customer Experience &amp; Sales
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create a welcoming and engaging Aqua-Tots experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate families about the swim journey and sell swim lesson packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve customer issues in coordination with the General Manager.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Lead Management &amp; Technology Systems
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the Front Desk staff in tracking and converting leads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of Pike13 profiles and customer plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain excellent customer experience with all technology platforms.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Uphold Safety, Facility &amp; Inventory Standards
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the school&rsquo;s safety and maintain brand-standard appearance inside and outside the facility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage inventories for customers, staff, and facility needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting &amp; Goal Execution
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement and achieve sales goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and monitor school revenue targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and present reports to support management decisions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership role.
 </li>
 </ul>
