We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined <b>Pool Equipment Service Technician</b> who&rsquo;s passionate about fixing things that matter.</div><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Troubleshoot and repair <b>pool pumps, filters, valves, and controls</b></li><li>
Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on commercial aquatic systems</li><li>
Handle minor <b>plumbing and electrical</b> repairs</li><li>
Accurately identify root causes and implement effective solutions</li><li>
Educate customers and junior team members on <b>industry best practices</b></li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, in the field and during travel</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li><b>
2+ years of mechanical experience</b> (pool systems, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical preferred)</li><li>
Experience with <b>equipment installation, repair, and troubleshooting</b></li><li>
Strong critical thinking and <b>problem-solving skills</b></li><li>
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>
Clean driving record and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
