Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including system design, cost estimations, and project timelines.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical analysis to evaluate the compatibility of products with customer requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and answering product-related questions.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for product improvement and development based on customer feedback and market trends.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.</li><li>Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.</li><li>Continuously update and maintain technical documentation, product manuals, and training materials for internal and external use.</li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, providing input on product enhancements, customization requests, and bug reports.</li></ul>Required Skills : <ul><li>Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and analytically to identify and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Strong presentation skills to deliver product demonstrations and technical training to internal and external audiences.</li><li>Proficient in using software tools and applications, including CAD software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong project coordination skills to oversee the implementation of technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.</li></ul>Required Qualifications : <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry.</li><li>Proven ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
