Job Summary:To provide on-site installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of Aquaneeta&rsquo;s water purifier systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Installation &amp; Commissioning:<ul><li>Install Aquaneeta water purifiers and RO systems at customer premises.</li><li>Ensure proper system setup, functioning, and customer orientation post-installation.</li></ul>2. Maintenance &amp; Servicing:<ul><li>Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of water purifiers.</li><li>Replace filters, membranes, and other components as required.</li><li>Check water quality and system efficiency regularly.</li></ul>3. Customer Interaction:<ul><li>Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers at all times</li></ul>4. Issue Resolution:<ul><li>Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service calls, complaints, parts used, and solutions provided.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Submit daily reports on work completed and parts used.</li><li>Update service records and feedback forms for each visit.</li></ul>6. Inventory &amp; Tools Management:<ul><li>Maintain service tools and kits in good condition.</li><li>Ensure spare parts stock is maintained and accounted for.</li></ul>7.
