Aquatectonic is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to join our team. We are a leading design firm specializing in aquatic projects. Responsibilities incljude:<ul><li>Design and Detail aquatic projects using AutoCad ( pools, water features, thermal rooms). Drive the contents of the construction document set</li><li>Manage aquatic projects from conception to completion. Review Consultant drawings</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison for clients, designers, engineers, specialty consultants</li><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.</li><li>Resolve project issues and challenges, and implement effective solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering</li><li>Experience in project management within the construction industry</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Aquatic design knowledge is a plus</li><li>Construction document production experience and construction management (CM) experience required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $89,000.00 - $95,500.00 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>White Plains, NY 10606 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>White Plains, NY 10606: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
