 Our client seeks a highly collaborative Footwear Color Designer with proven experience, strong problem-solving skills, and creativity. The ideal candidate blends creativity, technical mastery, and instinct to elevate kids + core footwear through the power of color, understanding how color sparks emotion, drives narrative, and influences culture. You will drive an emotional connection to footwear through narrative and storytelling.
 
 
 
 Must-Have Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design or a related field, or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in color design for footwear.
 </li>

 <li>
 Ability to develop offerings based on established color lines.

 Understanding of the core consumer, storytelling, and collaboration within the design process.

As Creative Specialist, you will elevate creative thinking for our brands, with an emphasis on Surface. You will be responsible for ideating and shaping Surface&rsquo;s social content presence, driving breakthrough storytelling, and leveraging strategic insights.
