Job descriptionWe are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor with 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to produce high-quality video content. You will work closely with our production team to create engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, with a focus on YouTube and Reels.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Editing and Assembling Raw Footage: Review and select footage, edit clips, and assemble raw material into a polished final product.</li><li>Adding Effects and Graphics: Incorporate graphics, special effects, sound effects, and music to enhance the video.</li><li>Color Correction and Grading: Adjust color, exposure, and other elements to ensure visual consistency and appeal.</li><li>Sound Editing: Synchronize audio and video, adjust levels, and mix soundtracks.</li><li>YouTube and Reels Editing: Create compelling video content specifically tailored for YouTube and Instagram Reels, optimizing for engagement and platform-specific requirements.</li><li>Collaborating with Team: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver the desired message.</li><li>Maintaining File Organization: Keep digital assets organized and ensure all project files are properly archived.</li><li>Meeting Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.</li><li>Staying Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest video editing software, tools, techniques, and trends, especially in the context of YouTube and Instagram Reels.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 4 years of professional video editing experience.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Creative Skills: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling; ability to creatively solve problems and enhance footage.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free videos.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to take and implement feedback effectively.</li><li>Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the best practices and requirements for YouTube and Instagram Reels video content.</li><li>Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating video editing skills, including samples of YouTube and Reels content.</li><li>Education: A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics and animation.</li><li>Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design.</li><li>Familiarity with color grading and correction techniques.</li><li>Understanding of different video formats and codecs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video Editing: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
