This role is key to ensuring that all materials and supplies are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, and eager to support our project teams in building exceptional homes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate purchasing of building materials, fixtures, and supplies.</li></ul><ul><li>Request and review vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.</li></ul><ul><li>Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records.</li></ul><ul><li>Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely arrival of materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Support project managers and site supervisors with material needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in cost control by monitoring pricing and identifying savings opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and maintain current pricing while updating cost book.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in purchasing, construction, or related field preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of residential construction materials a plus, but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for growth within a locally owned and respected company.</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment.</li></ul><ul><li>The chance to be part of building dream homes for families in our community.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and maintain current pricing while updating cost book.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
