Our team is committed to delivering innovative, scalable, and client-focused projects across global markets.Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with 5+ years of proven expertise in generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, project scoping, and client communication to help us secure long-term projects and partnerships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.</li><li>Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.</li><li>Communicate with clients to clarify project scope, requirements, and expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical teams (UI/UX, Developers, QA, Project Managers) to prepare accurate cost/time estimations.</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, and Custom Software Development).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to draft persuasive, tailored proposals.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Strong negotiation and client handling skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with other platforms such as Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Freelancer.com.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.</li><li>A proactive and target-oriented mindset.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Flexible and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a global client base on exciting projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
