 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for portfolio growth through a series of aggressive merchant acquisition, sales and relationship management activities including reviewing and analyzing MIS reports for monitoring of sales performance and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospecting new accounts and manage a portfolio of accounts primarily covering the spectrum of global companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend to new/potential merchant enquires, setting up of new merchants application and acquiring of new merchants, communicate proactively with the merchant on business issues and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 New merchant acquisitions and developing merchant relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements and design solutions for acquiring, growing and retaining business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problems resolution, including escalation of issues to the correct department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure appropriate merchants metrics are generated, data is accurate and reporting deadlines are met on timely basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking on outstanding payments of merchants account.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contracting and commercials agreement
 </li>

 Job Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from a recognized university.
 </li>
 <li>
 min. 3-5 years relevant professional Experience in acquiring relationship management and sales (Merchants Acquisition)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication and Time Mgt. Skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good Networking and selling skills
 </li>

 - Promote &amp; sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets.

 Qualifications:

 - Sufficient knowledge of bank's products, services, rules &amp; regulations.

Customer Relationship Officer

 Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying and documenting regulatory risks and assisting the businesses in developing controls.
 </li>

 Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guiding in a productive, professional way, the compliance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Country Compliance Head in identifying the areas of required enhancement and that present a higher risk exposure for the Bank.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of the criteria and components of the compliance monitoring and testing initiatives and objectives based on international standards, leading practices and gaps noted during the ongoing reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide Compliance Officers towards the realization of the compliance objectives and monitor their achievements and alignment to the actions required by Country Compliance Head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and determine the components of the compliance framework for undertaking reviews on a risk-based approach including a comprehensive Compliance Program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and Advice on compliance matters to the respective stakeholders at the bank as and when required (Customer, product or transaction basis).
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the establishment of Compliance/ Internal Control Annual Plan, Training Plan, Compliance Monitoring Program to be reviewed and approved by Country Compliance Head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set the components and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Program that ensures the bank compliance with all applicable laws, regulations governing operations and product / services offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that AML / KYC requirements are in line with the regulator&rsquo;s instructions, FATF recommendations and the international best practices.
 </li>
