 Accountabilities and Key Roles :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Servicing new and existing HNW clients relationships in the region by providing them with the full suite of financial services products &amp; services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide financial services solutions to the HNW and wealth client base.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing a plan to acquire new client relationships as well as broadening existing client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a &ldquo;Trusted Advisor&rdquo; to the HNW clientele.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhering to Private Banking service quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with Private Banking policies and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Broaden existing client relationships (greater share of wallet, higher cross sell ratios)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clients with comprehensive advisory services based on best practices and as per customer risk appetite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a comprehensive risk profile per customer and maintain updated file on quarterly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing).
 </li>
 <li>
 Research competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate customer suggestions &amp; concerns to the Country/Region head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have clients ownership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain &amp; service the onshore and offshore private banking customers and penetrate the cross border relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retain Client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with Private Banking policies and regulations and adhering to service quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with Private Banking policies guidelines, KYC and AML regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all clients&rsquo; files are updated and all documents are available.
 </li>
