 Accountabilities &amp; Key Roles:

 Generating executive summary reports for complex transactions.

 Assessing and evaluating financial data and proposed facilities' structures.

 Preparing and producing presentations in relation to proposed facilities for Joint Credit Committee (JCC) within the set out deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and review CR packages, to ensure capturing adequate level of data for risk calculation, structuring, and pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure suitability of structure to purpose and sources of repayment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks, mitigates and exit strategies and ensure their appropriateness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate risk rating and ensure appropriateness of pricing as compared to risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that CR packages are in line with set strategy, policies and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate CR executive summary reports in case of complex transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate history of subject borrower, credit standing, and relationship with Arab Bank Plc (if any).
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend and obtain approval / decline for credit requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate JCC&rsquo;s decision regarding subject credit requests to concerned hubs, branches, and subsidiaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the integrity and quality of data and data analysis.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 
 University degree from a reputable university.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 
 Min. 2 years of experience in credit in an international bank or financial institution.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Competencies:

 Fluent in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer skills (Ms Office).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid communication and presentation skills.

 </li>
 <li>
 Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough
 </li>
 <li>
