 The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and solution design in support of the Sales team, partners, and customers. This role focuses on enabling Apple Enterprise adoption, driving digital transformation across industries, and ensuring seamless integration of Apple solutions in mixed IT environment

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a subject matter expert for Apple solutions, supporting sales and partners throughout the pre-sales cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Showcase Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into a Windows/Active Directory environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with Apple regional teams, ecosystem partners, and key enterprise accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide after-sales technical support when required, ensuring customer adoption and value realization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with Apple&rsquo;s enterprise solutions, MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron), and security framework.
 </li>

 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience
 
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise IT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Apple enterprise ecosystem.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment
 </li>
 <li>
 MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mac/iOS integration in a mixed IT environm
 </li>
 <li>
 ent.Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apple certifications (ACSP, Jamf 200/300, or equivalent) preferred.

 The Account Manager is accountable for the promotion of the company products/services, through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing/potential partners. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes and champions marketing programs.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and implement the strategy and roadmap of the assigned products/services line in alignment with the management team
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the partners&rsquo; relations in alignment with the company&rsquo;s management and strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory
 </li>

 Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities

 Generate sales for the entire product/service line in terms of long-term revenue and profitability

 Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and raise recommendations as and when necessary
 </li>
