 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

 Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and new requests.

 Organize and lead backlog grooming sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team in completing tasks on time and according to expected quality standards; ensure proper prioritization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve obstacles encountered by the team during sprints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage scope and change requests, enabling the team to adapt quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure coordination between business units and technical squads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation for requirements, decisions, and retrospective outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage stakeholder expectations transparently regarding priorities, timelines, and risks.
 </li>

 Anticipate potential risks and develop preventive strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of projects within the roadmap scope.
