 If You Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience),
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in a similar role,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in building advanced predictive analytics models and working with large datasets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Python and experience with data science libraries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures such as CNN, RNN, LSTM,
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience with libraries like
 
 Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch,
 
 etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of SQL and experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark,
 </li>
 <li>
 Applied machine learning experience in real-world business scenarios,
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively across teams, gather and interpret data, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with computer vision is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools and agentic workflows is a plus.
 </li>

 Understand complex operational and business problems, and take full ownership of turning large datasets into actionable insights using statistical methods and machine learning techniques,

 Conduct advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, evaluate performance, and generate data visualizations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Mine and analyze data from internal databases to support product development, optimize marketing strategies, and improve business outcomes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract meaningful information from historical data to automate and optimize critical processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop monitoring tools and processes to track model performance and ensure data quality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform pre- and post-analysis of projects and newly launched features,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate within cross-functional squads &mdash; including developers, product managers, and domain experts &mdash; to integrate models into production systems and ensure business impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to arabam.com&rsquo;s Agentic Transformation by actively using AI tools in your daily workflow and helping define best practices around responsible, effective AI adoption.
 </li>
