Within Arabelle Solution, The Turbine Design Execution Team, is responsible for the detail studies of the whole shaft line (thermodynamics, rotor &amp; static components). In this context the pedestal engineering group is in charge of the design and development of all shaft line bearings, including also journal bearings, thrust bearings, anchoring systems, and steam inlet piping
This scope covers a wide range of mechanical engineering disciplines such as welded assemblies, casting processes, precision machining, piping and interfaces with civil design. As a Mechanical Design Engineer your mission will be to design and adapt steam turbine components and support its manufacture and assembly in an environment of rapid growth and change, to work for world-class nuclear steam turbines, which are industry leading equipment in terms of performance, availability and power and will play a central role in mechanical engineering performance. Specifically:
<ul><li>Ensure the application of internal design rules for the design of components
</li><li>Design verification through calculations and functional specifications
</li><li>Provide component manufacturing plans.
</li><li>Make component parts lists available and store them in the official database (RPDM)
</li><li>Participate in the intellectual protection of ARABELLE technology by generating innovations likely to be patented
</li><li>Standardize heritage models by limiting variants
</li><li>Use official tools to store all technical documentation
</li></ul>Profile: 
 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Education
</h3><ul><li>Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Experience
</h3><ul><li>Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in a mechanical design environment (energy, oil, aeronautics, special machines).
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Behavioural and/or Technical Know-how
</h3><ul><li>Record of mechanical design experience (required) and use of internal standard (preferred).
</li><li>Knowledge of standard mechanical construction parts (plates, tubes, bolts, flanges, etc.)
</li><li>3D modelling experience (required) with strong experience in Catia V5.
</li><li>Drawing creation (required).
</li><li>General knowledge of standard manufacturing processes (welding, casting, forging, turning, milling, etc.)
</li><li>General knowledge on materials and their selection.
</li><li>Use of common IT tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
</li><li>User of PLM software: Enovia (preferred)

Module Design Engineer

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Maintenance Engineer - Electrical / Electronics 
 
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.) 
 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly
</li><li>Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Nondestructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
</li><li>Knowledge in CNC machines &ndash; like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc
</li><li>Basic knowledge of Siemens CNC 840 D-SL (Encoder, LMS, Backup and restore of data, Basic CNC commissioning and maintenance) and Siemens S7 PLC.
</li><li>knowledge of field instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Flow meter, Pressure transmitter, Proximity switch etc.
</li><li>Experience in EOT Crane maintenance and Fabrication equipment such as Welding machine, Shot blasting, Electric Furnace. knowledge of VFD, Air Compressor and other utility system
</li><li>Basic knowledge in Power system network ( 66kv / 11kv/ 415V) with Transformers, Circuit breakers and protection system.
</li><li>Breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of all the equipment and maintaining their records and history card in all 3 shifts.
</li><li>Spare part management and vendor development.
</li><li>knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO procedure.
</li><li>Familiar with Maintenance KPI (Uptime, MTBF, MTTR)
</li><li>Experience in problem solving tools
</li><li>Knowledge on TPM
</li><li>Record keeping of Machine history in CMMS.
</li>Basic knowledge of Nuclear Safety

Basic Qualifications (requirements): 
 
<ul><li>B.E. In Electrical / Electronic with 4+ Years&rsquo; Experience
</li><li>Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 6+ Years&rsquo; experience.
</li></ul>Desired Characteristics: 
 
<ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
</li><li>Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system Siemens CNC 840 D-SL.
</li><li>Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC , read and modify PLC logic.
</li><li>Knowledge of Fabrication shop Equipment.
</li><li>Maintenance EOT Cranes
</li><li>Knowledge of ERP / SAP
