 About the Role
 <p>
  We are looking to hire an Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily operations at Al Shubaily Grand Mall This role focuses on hands on execution follow up and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient mall operations
 </p>
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support and supervise daily mall operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflows
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with internal teams and tenants to address and resolve operational issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure maintenance, safety, hygiene, and operational standards are consistently met
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow up with facility management service providers and contractors
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare operational reports and assist management in improving processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform additional operational tasks as assigned
  </li>
 </ul>
 Skills

   Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  </li>

   Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  </li>
