HVAC Maintenance TechnicianA leading company is seeking to hire an HVAC Maintenance Technician.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems in buildings and facilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Diagnose and repair various types of AC units (Split, Window, Package, Duct, VRF/VRV).</li></ul><ul><li>Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor units.</li></ul><ul><li>Check and adjust refrigerant (Freon) levels to ensure proper performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compressors, fans, and thermostats.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests on time.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor system performance and submit technical reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow safety procedures during all maintenance activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the operations team and site supervisors.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (operation &amp; maintenance).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in building maintenance (hospitals, schools, complexes, facilities).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of different HVAC systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to diagnose faults accurately and quickly.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong commitment and discipline.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency cases.</li></ul><ul><li>Physically fit for fieldwork.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in VRF/VRV systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driving license.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to work shifts or emergency calls.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to write basic technical reports</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالقدرة على التنقل/الانتقال:<ul><li>أبها: التنقل بشكل موثوق أو على استعداد للانتقال وفقًا لصفقة الانتقال التي يقدمها صاحب العمل (مفضل)</li></ul>الترخيص/الشهادة:<ul><li>هل يوجد شهادة المهندسين السعوديين (SCE) (مفضل)</li></ul>موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
