1) Insulation Estimation Engineer (Oil &amp; Gas &ndash; Maintenance)Job Title: Insulation Estimation Engineer Industry: Oil &amp; Gas / Petrochemical &ndash; Maintenance Experience: Minimum 3+ years Location: Qatar / GCCJob SummaryThe Insulation Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for thermal insulation works in oil &amp; gas maintenance projects. Exposure to IPS / SPIR scopes (Painting and Scaffolding) is considered an added advantage for integrated maintenance contracts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs for thermal insulation works.</li><li>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client standards.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess insulation conditions and verify quantities.</li><li>Develop rate analysis for insulation manpower, materials, cladding, and consumables.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for material and subcontractor quotations.</li><li>Support preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions.</li><li>Prepare variation and additional work estimates during contract execution.</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to ensure estimate accuracy and constructability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract requirements, HSE standards, and client specifications.</li><li>Maintain estimation records, historical cost data, and pricing models.</li><li>Interface with IPS / SPIR teams where combined scopes are involved.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>5+ years experience in thermal insulation estimation for oil &amp; gas maintenance projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hot, cold, cryogenic, and acoustic insulation systems.</li><li>Understanding of insulation materials, cladding systems, and industry standards.</li><li>Working exposure to IPS / SPIR contracts is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar / GCC oil &amp; gas clients is preferred.</li></ul>&middot; Strong analytical and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
