Position: Driver / Helper Location: Ajman, UAE Type: Full-Time | On-SiteJob Description:As Arabian Wanderers continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and organized driver/helper to support our adventure operations. This is a versatile, hands on role responsible for maintaining the villa and equipment, preparing for trips, transporting gear and staff, and supporting full camp operations in remote outdoor settings.Key Responsibilities:At the Villa (Before and After Trips):<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the villa, warehouse, and storage areas.</li><li>Buy, receive, check, and sort grocery deliveries for upcoming trips.</li><li>Clean and maintain camping equipment: tents, mattresses, sleeping bags, kitchen gear, toilets, trailers.</li><li>Pack and load trailers with designated equipment and supplies.</li><li>Conduct full inventory checks before and after trips.</li><li>Unload trailers, clean and store equipment, refrigerate food, and sanitize the kitchen after return.</li></ul>Driving &amp; Logistics: Safely drive 4x4 vehicles with trailers to remote desert/mountain locations.<ul><li>Transport equipment, staff, and occasionally guests, ensuring safety and professionalism.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.</li></ul><ul><li>Navigate GPS routes in off-road conditions and adapt to schedule changes as needed.</li></ul>During Trips:<ul><li>Support full camp setup: tents, mattresses, bedding, seating, kitchen, majlis, drinks table, toilets.</li></ul><ul><li>Cook simple meals (BBQs, breakfasts) and maintain food hygiene.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep the campsite clean and orderly throughout the trip.</li></ul><ul><li>Report any lost or damaged equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in breaking down the camp and repacking gear in an organized way.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Based in UAE and willing to live in Ajman.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent or basic spoken English (other languages a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.</li></ul>Owns or can drive a 4x4 vehicle with off-road experience.<ul><li>Physically strong and able to work long hours in various outdoor conditions.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic cooking and food handling knowledge.</li></ul><ul><li>Handy with tools, organized, detail oriented, and responsible.</li></ul><ul><li>Trustworthy, punctual, and a good team player.</li></ul><ul><li>Open minded and respectful of diverse cultures.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid passport for potential travel or ID verification.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.</li></ul><ul><li>Housing provided (optional, based on need).</li></ul><ul><li>Become part of a passionate and adventurous team with a strong mission.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunities for skill development and growth within a fast-growing company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a valid UAE driving license?</li><li>Are you able to work in open and hot environment? </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Driving in UAE: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 30/08/2025
