We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) specializing in Civil, Fit out, construction and Joinery Works to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quantity take-offs, evaluating subcontractor payments, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities Civil Works<ul><li>Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works projects.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.</li><li>Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.</li><li>Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations.</li><li>Verify site measurements and completed work quantities.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.</li><li>Assist in tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration.</li><li>Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.</li><li>Evaluate variation orders, claims, and final accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.</li></ul>Joinery &amp; Interior Fit-Out Works, Fit out and construction<ul><li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for joinery and fit-out items including cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, wall cladding, furniture, and decorative works.</li><li>Analyze joinery shop drawings and material specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with production, factory, and site teams regarding material requirements and cost control.</li><li>Estimate material, labor, and installation costs for joinery works.</li><li>Monitor wastage, productivity, and procurement schedules.</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotations for timber, hardware, veneers, laminates, glass, aluminum, and related materials.</li><li>Prepare variation claims and final account settlements for fit-out and joinery packages.</li><li>Ensure project execution remains within approved budgets and timelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum [X] years of experience in Civil and Joinery/Fit-Out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, and cost control procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.</li><li>Good understanding of joinery materials and interior fit-out processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in UAE construction and fit-out industry.</li><li>Knowledge of authority regulations and project documentation.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
